GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS


We would like to inform you that you, as the Buyer (consumer), declare by using the website available at  www.euroexam.org that you know and accept the following, the Civil Code. (Act V of 2013) 6: 77-6: 81. If you wish to be a customer or an active user of the possibilities offered by our Webshop, please read our General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter GTC) carefully and use our services only if you agree with all its points and consider them binding on you.  

This document is concluded in electronic form only. The contract regulated by the following conditions is governed by the Civil Code. shall be deemed to be a contract concluded in absentia.  

1. Service provider data:

2. The range of products and services that can be purchased  

In the web store, Customers can purchase the following types of products and services:  

  • Books  
  • Services  
    • Participation fee for accredited teacher training  
    • Participation fee for non-accredited teacher training  
    • Participation fee for exam preparation trainings (eg lightning training)  
    • Fee for online tests  
    • Participation fee for live tests  

Warning: The images shown on the product data sheet may differ from the actual product and in some cases are for illustration purposes only.  

3. Acceptance of the general terms and conditions  

During registration or purchase (in both cases), the user, if he wishes to use the services of the Webshop, is obliged to accept the terms and conditions of these GTC, which he can do by selecting the checkbox on the form. Upon acceptance of the terms and conditions of the GTC, a contract in accordance with these GTC shall be concluded between the Service Provider and the user of the Web Store.   

If the user does not accept the terms and conditions of the GTC, he / she cannot use the services of the Web Store. You cannot register or send orders.  

4. Use of the service  

  • Orders can be placed in the Euroexam e-shop online only electronically via the Internet at  www.euroexam.org. Orders placed by telephone, fax, e-mail or letter will not be accepted by the Service Provider. The Service Provider also sends the information related to the orders to the Customers electronically. Placing an order is subject to registration. After placing the product (s) in the cart, the method of receipt and payment must be chosen.  

  • The prices shown for the products include the statutory amount of VAT (this may vary from product type to product), but do not include delivery fees.  

  • The Service Provider will make every effort to deliver the products ordered by the Customer within the deadline specified in the order, but it may become impossible to fulfil the order due to sudden stock depletion. Impossibility of performance terminates the contract. If performance is not possible, the Service Provider shall inform the Customer immediately and refund the prepaid consideration within 14 days after the information. The Buyer shall not incur any additional costs in connection with the refund.   

  • The Service Provider makes every effort to maintain the accuracy of the information on the website and to update the stock information, however, at the moment of concluding the contract, performance may sometimes become impossible for reasons unforeseen by the Service Provider. However, the occurrence of the impossibility does not make the Service Provider's offer suitable for misleading the Customer, as the Service Provider acted to the best of its knowledge in terms of availability and stock data when making the offer.  

  • If the Service Provider indicates an incorrect price for the product despite the care required of it and the price of the product differs from its generally accepted price, the Service Provider is not obliged to provide the product at the incorrect price, but is obliged to offer it to the Customer at the real price. the possibility of purchasing. If the Buyer does not wish to exercise this option, he has the right to withdraw from the contract unilaterally.  

  • There is no extra packing fee. The detailed delivery tariff is part of these terms and conditions under Home Delivery Tariff.   

  • In our webshop you can browse the available products and services according to product categories. In addition to the listed products, you can view a short description, price and other features of each product, without claiming completeness. For more information about the product, click on the product image or name. This will take you to the product page where you can get more detailed information about the product. If you need more detailed information, please contact the operator at the telephone number or e-mail address provided in the operator's data.  

  • For the button labelled cart, or for services, the "Pay!" You can add the product or service to the Cart by clicking on the link.  

  • However, you can add the products to the Cart without logging in, but you must log in before ordering. You can only do this if you register. There are two ways to register: Either by clicking on the MyEuroexam button or after confirming the shopping cart and entering your payment and shipping details, the system will automatically ask you to register.   

  • If you are a registered customer but have forgotten your password, use the Password Login Reminder. If you enter your registered email address here, your password will be emailed to you. You can log in by clicking the MyEuroexam button. Enter your registered email address and password here, then press the enter button. If the login is successful, the MyEuroexam button in the upper right corner will change from yellow to blue and you can log out by clicking on the MyEuroexam / exit submenu item.  

  • You can check and edit the contents of the basket using the Basket menu item. You can view and modify the quantity of the product you have added to the cart, and you can choose the most suitable payment and delivery method for you, or you can delete the given item. It is also possible to empty the basket completely. If you want to add more products to the cart, select the "continue shopping" button. If everything is OK and you have decided on the order, you can finalise your order by pressing the Order button.  

  • Once you have finalized your order, we will send you an automatic confirmation to your email address, which will include your order details. If you do not receive such a letter, please contact us, as indicated above, using the service provider details.  

  • Once you have paid for your Order, we will send you a Successful Payment Confirmation to the email address provided. The product will only be delivered after that.  

  • You can monitor the progress of your order until the end of your order using the My Euroexam menu item. Here you can also find all your previous orders that you have sent to our Webshop. Each order can be identified by a unique order number.  

5. Registration  

  • If you want to make a purchase, you must also provide the information required for the first purchase, such as your name, billing and shipping information, email address, and password for later access. Before finalising the registration, it is also necessary to accept the registration conditions, in particular to accept the Privacy Policy, which you can read here. The registration will be confirmed by e-mail. The buyer is obliged to keep the password provided confidential. If, during the identification, the customer's data has become the property of an unauthorised third party after the correct entry of the customer's unique identifier and password, the Data Controller and the Service Provider shall not be liable for any resulting damages or inconveniences. By entering their email address, users consent to for the Service Provider to send them a technical message.   

  • The Service Provider deletes the registered data from the system upon request. For security reasons, a deletion request will only be valid if the deletion request is confirmed by the user by e-mail, thus preventing someone from intentionally or accidentally deleting something else from the registration database. Registration is identified by the email address, so an email address can only be registered once.   

  • There are no obligations to register.  

6. Order processing, delivery deadlines  

  • Orders are processed on business days from 10:00 to 17:00 Central European Time. It is also possible to place an order outside the dates marked as order processing, but if it is made after the end of working hours, the order will only be processed on the following working day. The deadline for the fulfilment of the accepted order, from the confirmation for the products in stock is 3 - 5 working days. In case the product is not in stock, it is 3-6 weeks depending on the place of purchase and the printing time.  

  • Audiobooks for language books can be downloaded from the MyEuroexam / Downloadable Preparation Materials and Consultation (or Preparatory Books and Exam Guide in case of teacher registration) by clicking on the “tile” corresponding to the title of the book in the Audiobooks for Books section. Audio materials are made available in zip format.  

7. The method of payment for the ordered product and the home delivery fee  

The method of payment for the ordered product or service can be made by PayPal, bank transfer, bank card or cash on delivery, but in the case of individual products and services, the possible payment methods may differ.  

  • Payment by bank transfer in advance: if we have already confirmed your order, you will find our bank account number and order number in the confirmation e-mail, which must be referenced in the comment / notice section of the transfer. If the transferred amount is credited to our bank account, we will only ship the product with the courier service after that. (You can also find our bank account number in the operator data) If you use the service, you will only be entitled to use the service if the amount you have transferred is credited to our bank account.  

  • Online credit card payments are made through the Barion system. Credit card details will not be sent to the merchant. The service provider Barion Payment Zrt. Is an institution under the supervision of the Magyar Nemzeti Bank, its license number: H-EN-I-1064/2013.  

  • In case of payment by credit card, the purchase is always made in HUF, the purchase price is credited in HUF. In the case of payment with a card belonging to a non-HUF bank account or credit account, the online bank card payment is made by the buyer's card issuing bank during the online bank card payment, at the exchange rate set / provided by it, this may differ from bank to bank.  

  • Cash on delivery: The product will be delivered by the courier service appointed by us to the address provided by you, where the invoice price of the product or products must be paid to the courier in cash.   

  • The final amount to be paid includes all costs based on the order summary and confirmation letter. The invoice is included in the package in case of cash on delivery, you can view your invoice via the link in the MyEuroexam / My Orders menu item in case of payment by credit card and bank transfer. In case of payment by cash on delivery, please inspect the package before delivery, and in case of any damage or defect in the products, ask for a report and do not take over the package. We are unable to accept subsequent complaints without minutes.  

8. Delivery information  

Contact us at [email protected] for delivery fees. Write Delivery Fees Request in the subject bar of the email.  

As a delivery address, it is advisable to provide an address where the courier can be received continuously at the time of the day and the delivery fee and the delivery fee as well as the cash on delivery fee can be paid to the courier.  

Order the desired products only if you can pay the courier for the package upon receipt. In the case of non-received, returned packages, the delivery and return fee will be charged to the customer, and we will not be able to start resending only if the value of the package is paid in advance.   

In case of any further questions related to the operation of our store, the ordering and delivery process, we are at your disposal at the contact details provided in the operator's data.  

9. Right of withdrawal  

  • The buyer may withdraw from the purchase without justification within 14 days of receipt (receipt of the product). The buyer's right of withdrawal is made by means of a clear statement to e-mail ( [email protected] ) In case of written withdrawal, it is sufficient to send the statement of withdrawal to the Service Provider within 14 days from the receipt (receipt of the product).  

  • The Buyer may also exercise his right of withdrawal in the case of products (especially books) between the date of conclusion of the contract and the date of receipt of the product. Date of receipt (receipt of the product) is the date of receipt from the courier, which can be proved by the receipt received from the courier. In case of cancellation, return the product to the Service Provider's warehouse at your own expense (EUROEXAM Kft. 1012 Budapest, Logodi u. 19.a), and we will refund the purchase price of the returned product (s) immediately, but no later than within 14 days from the return of the product (s). The shipping fee is non-refundable. In case of withdrawal, the customer is only responsible for the cost of returning the product. We will only be able to refund the purchase price of the product (s) and the shipping cost (or the amount paid by the buyer as consideration) only if the buyer has returned the product (s) or has proved beyond a reasonable doubt that he / she has returned it within 14 days of the notification of the intention to withdraw: the earlier of the two dates will be taken into account.  

  • The Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal and cancellation for services (non-tangible services, especially accredited and non-accredited trainings, online tests) no later than the application deadline for the service, which is 7 days before the start date of the service.  

  • By ordering in the webshop, the Buyer acknowledges that in the case of the services, after the Order and successful payment, the contract between the Parties is concluded and the Buyer loses the right of cancellation and withdrawal after the application deadline.  

  • The Service Provider will not reimburse the postage or delivery fee of the products returned without prior consultation with the Service Provider or without notifying the complaint.  

10. Handling complaints  

  • The Service Provider is obliged to keep a report on the complaint, in the place indicated in the data of the operator, and to keep the complaint for five years from the date of collection, together with the answer given. The Service Provider will investigate the received complaint within 30 days of its receipt and must provide a substantive response. If the Service Provider gives a negative answer to the complaint, it must justify it in writing.   

  • In order to settle disputes (consumer disputes) against the Service Provider in a simple, fast, out-of-court settlement, a conciliation body may initiate proceedings. The Service Provider is obliged to cooperate in the conciliation board proceedings.  

11. Other provisions  

  • The Service Provider treats the personal data provided to it during its use as confidential and does not disclose it to third parties, unless it is necessary for the delivery of the order to its subcontractor (eg courier service).   

  • The Service Provider's system may collect data on the activity of the Customers that cannot be linked to data generated when using other Internet websites or services.  

  • The Service Provider is not obliged to check that the data provided by the user during registration or giving consent is true or correct. Detailed rules related to data management are contained in the Service Provider's Data Management Policy.  

  • The Service Provider is entitled to send a newsletter or other advertising letter to the user, if the user has agreed to this in advance, clearly, explicitly and voluntarily by providing the relevant data at the time of registration.
